welcome
It takes a great deal of energy always second guessing your decisions and worrying that what you are doing is failing yourself and those around you. And once you expend that much "mental energy" spinning your wheels, irritations and feelings of inadequacy increase. It doesn’t take long to then feel like you're losing control and wonder what you keep doing wrong. When this happens, we often distance ourselves further, we stop expressing our feelings, and we begin to suffer in silence. But, imagine how good it would feel to utilize your energy in effective ways, and to tackle stressful situations without over-analyzing every little thing!
Our Clients
We explain to our clients that feelings are universal, and difficult emotions come from difficult situations. We remind our clients that we will go at a pace that is comfortable for them, and we can explore past or present issues, whatever the preference.
our style
Our approach is relatable, practical, and hopeful. We understand that sometimes it is difficult to jump right to action without really understanding what has been holding us back to begin with. This is a very important step in the counseling process, and we wade through this together.
our mission
Your personal experience is unique to you. You know what hurts and you know the feelings your experience is creating for you. It is our professional goal that for each session you attend, the time will be spent partnering with you to help you gain a better understanding and trust within yourself, which will inevitably affect your relationships and self-confidence in a healthy way.
what we do
